Shipping and Delivery
Impact Uniforms deliver Australia Wide using the following freight & delivery services: Contracted Courier Companies & Australia Post EParcel depending on your state and delivery address.
We understand the importance of making sure your branded item search you in a timely manner. Guidelines for completion times from receipt of the confirmed order are as follows:
– For unbranded items: 3-6 working days 
– For initial orders of branded items:
Artwork set-up: 2-3 days,
Checking and approval: 2-3 days,
Production: 5-7 working days
TOTAL: 9-13 working days
Please note if samples are required this may add additional time.
– For repeat orders of branded items: 5-7 working days
– Custom orders: Delivery is on a case-by-case basis. We will confirm delivery timeframes with you.
– Urgent orders: Please notify us if you have an urgent requirement or a deadline by which your items are required.
We are happy to try to meet urgent deadlines but if we are unable to do so we will advise you of the soonest possible
date before processing your order.
The above timeframes are subject to stock availability of the items ordered. An order is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.
SHIPPING
The above timeframes do not include shipping time. Unless otherwise requested, shipments are by Australia Post and take 2-6 business days. Shipping cost guidelines are as follows:
– Orders under $100 - Flat Rate of $15.
– Orders over $100 - Flat Rate of $15 plus 1.5% of the total value of your order.
For orders delivered to very remote locations, a surcharge is applicable and will be advised of prior to dispatch.
If urgent postage is required we can arrange Express Post orover night air bags at additional cost.
Deliveries can be requested to be delivered without signature (i.e leave at front door) however as contracted services are paid for signature on delivery this is not an assured service (i.e most deliveries will require a signature to ensure delivery and that your delivery can be tracked and traced). When shipping via Eparcel an email is sent to you which gives you control of your delivery and these options.
We ship express where possible to ensure your Uniforms are delivered to you as promptly as possible.
