We are an Online Uniform Retailer, enabling our customers to order their uniforms securely online from anywhere in Australia.
Our pricing is available online, including GST. Simply select the items you want, choose your sizes, colours and check out and pay in real time.

Also can choose to add a logo to be embroidered/screen printed... and send a Request To Quote.


Order your Uniforms online, and pay immediately by credit card or PayPal (enabling you to pay via credit card or direct deposit from your bank account) or via a purchase order trading account (trading account customers can apply with an established trading history with Impact Uniforms of minimum orders totalling $2000, trading accounts for Corporates or Government organisations are available without this history, pending application approval).

Our shopping cart facilities are secured via SecurePay and SSL technologies, giving you peace of mind when purchasing your items.

To commence shopping, simply browse the categories on the left hand menu.


  • Select the size, colour, and quantity to add to cart.
  • If you wish to have your logo added, simply also select 1 LOGO (if you want 1 logo on your item, or 2 logos if you want 2 etc) when selecting your item.
  • You can upload your logo or artwork files via the UPLOAD YOUR LOGO tab which floats on the top right hand side of the website (you can do this at any stage, even after your order is completed).
  • Complete this process and check out.
  • Your shopping cart is visible on the right hand menu.
Note that when ordering you will need to provide basic information to create an account such as address and email address. Once you have created this, you are able to complete your order and pay via PayPal or Credit Card.

Our staff will email you an invoice confirming your order and a payment receipt if paying immediately via credit card over the phone.

You can use your own purchase order form, or email your order without a form, ensuring you provide all the information we will require for billing you as follows;
  • Bill To and Ship To Addresses (if different)
  • Company Name to appear on the invoice (if it is for a Company)
  • Your full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Item Code, Size, Colour, Quantity and any decoration requirements required
  • Attach any artwork or logo files if you are adding decoration
